Professor Paula Jarzabkowski delivered a presentation on Post-Pandemic Repair of Consumer Confidence in BI Insurance at the Westminster Business Forum Policy Conference on 10 February 2021. The general theme of the conference was “Next steps for the UK insurance industry” covering a wide range of topics including regulation and reform, consumer protection, climate change, COVID-19, and priorities for a new relationship with the EU.
